Amman, Jordan (December, 2017) – Globitel KSA announces that it is now ISO 9001:2015 certified. The certification was awarded in the scope of “Provision for global services like telecom services, enablement services, support services and professional services.”
ISO 9001:2015 certification came as a result of a restructuring in the KSA office in 2016. The new structure was intended to suit the needs of the Saudi Arabian market; a mature market with demands for high quality and well processed services. Globitel KSA sought to fulfill those demands and succeeded.
Globitel KSA was certified based on the quality of service it provided clients with, which subsequently enhanced client satisfaction significantly. After evaluating the internal and external processes, it was evident that Globitel KSA fit the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
With the company’s operational efficiency, Globitel KSA proved to be in compliance with the esteemed certification as it was measured against high standards that determined it to be qualified. In addition, the company consistently met and even exceeded customers’ expectations and was under constant improvement in terms of quality.
