Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior AI Team Leader to spearhead the establishment and management of a dedicated AI team within our organization. This role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our AI and machine learning initiatives across various domains, including speech analytics, video analytics, workforce management, and commercial data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Build and lead a high-performing AI team by recruiting, mentoring, and managing AI professionals.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and collaboration within the team.
- AI Strategy and Roadmap:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Al strategy, including goals and key performance indicators aligned with business objectives.
- Create a roadmap for the team’s Al projects, ensuring they align with the company’s long-term vision.
- Research and Development:
- Identify and evaluate existing Al engines and models for speech analytics, video analytics, workforce management, and commercial data analysis.
- Lead research efforts to fine-tune existing models and develop new Al solutions tailored to our specific needs.
- Technology Assessment:
- Stay current with the latest Al engines, frameworks, and models in the market.
- Assess the suitability and relevance of emerging Al technologies for our projects.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Al solutions into our products and services.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure Al projects meet business goals.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Implement best practices for data privacy, security, and ethical Al development.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Total of 10 years in software development industry.
- Proven 5 years’ experience in leading Al teams and successfully delivering Al solutions in areas such as speech analytics, video analytics, and commercial data analysis and forecasting.
- Strong understanding of deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and predictive modeling.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with Al libraries and frameworks.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Up-to-date knowledge of Al trends, research, and industry developments.
