Globitel Releases Collect Call version 2

Collect Call V.2 released. January 31, 2013

Amman, Jordan (January 2013)Globitel, the global provider of advanced telecom solutions, is pleased to announce the release of version 2 of its Collect Call System, The service platform that allows callers to make calls and charge the receiving party for its cost.

The new Collect Call update was designed to deliver an extensive set of new and enhanced asset performance management capabilities, extending those capabilities will allow the system to adapt to the network technology regardless of its type, which makes the system more feasible in terms of scalability and more efficient.

Collect Call includes features that enhance the end user experience, those features would give more control to the subscriber, whether by creating lists that allow or block collect calls from certain numbers, or by blocking their own number for certain callers, the end user will have full control over whom to receive collect calls from.  Another Hot feature is call sharing, where the call cost would be shared between both calling parties, rather than the receiving party only.

“This significant update reflects many months of research and development, to improve the system and bring unique and creative features.” said Mr. Fadi Qutaishat, VP- Sales & Marketing of Globitel “with these new features Collect Call would be a great add to the operators VAS portfolio, and is a great way to increase subscriber commitment as well as generate new and ongoing revenue streams.”
