Globitel to Exhibit in MECC Dubai 2015


Globitel had just announced that it will be participating in the Middle East’s #1 Contact Center exhibition, MECC Dubai 2015, 12th – 13th of May, to present the latest updates on call center solutions technology through 1-on-1 consultancy sessions and vast presentations.

MECC, organized by INSIGHTS, annually takes place in Dubai’s International Convention & Exhibition Center, gathering the Middle East’s leading contact center vendors, outsourced call centers and any enterprise seeking quality systems and solutions for its customer care department. The event aims to globalize the region’s contact centers and vendors by clustering what’s new in the industry between exhibitors and visitors. And taking part in the event since 2001 proves its importance to both Globitel’s exposure onto the Middle East’s contact center industry, and its successful contribution throughout the years in satisfying the sector’s enterprise’s needs.

Globitel is known for the high-end quality call center solutions that are spanning 20 of the top call centers in the region, topped with SpeechLog, Globitel’s famous call recording and quality management system.
